    I customize a consulting solution that best fits your organization’s needs. We start with a discovery process to identify where there may be inconsistent training practices or gaps in your training that prevent your teams from meeting performance indicators or goals. We may begin with interviews or a full needs assessment. Leaders and staff identify and prioritize key areas of focus that can have the greatest impact to increase overall company/staff performance, success and growth.

  • Define and Develop

    I then work with key leaders or subject matter experts to define and develop engaging training content to address the discovery findings. We define the audience, the best deployment strategies available within your organization, and develop a custom training plan and content to address each defined area of need.

  • Design and Deploy

    I then provide ongoing support through the design and deployment of custom training solutions. This may include design and development of custom eLearning modules, support of LMS implementation or optimization, deployment of training materials, reporting, and evaluation of training solution effectiveness.
